Program Manager

SUVI Global is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a mission critical program serving our customer! Qualified candidate will possess knowledge of O&M services, Global IT and Infrastructure in the client space.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and oversee the execution of O&M services supporting global IT infrastructure, edge computing, and NetOps for mission-critical operations.
+ Manage geographically dispersed personnel operating 24x7x365 in high-stakes, secure environments.
+ Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize network reliability, system uptime, and end-user performance.
+ Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics are met or exceeded across all operational areas.
+ Oversee and improve IT system engineering, software/hardware deployments, and local network distribution efforts.
