Program Manager - General – Lead

Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Program Manager - General – Lead for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage the operational workstream for a new client rebate remediation initiative from planning through execution

+ Operate independently with limited oversight while driving results in a deadline-driven environment

+ Analyze existing operational processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

+ Develop, document, and maintain remediation processes, procedures, and operational playbooks

+ Coordinate and collaborate with internal business teams, operations partners, compliance/risk stakeholders, and external vendors

+ Track remediation progress, key adjustments, dependencies, and operational risks

+ Provide clear, concise, and executive-level reporting to leadership on status, metrics, issues, and recommendations
