Program Manager Operations- Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh Locations: Gorakhpur Qualification: Graduation/Post-graduation, Degrees related to social work, psychology, or education can also be beneficial Joining Date: Immediately Salary: 32- 35k as per your experience. Requirements 3+ years' experience in any field, preferably in development, education, or the social sector. (DPO, CDPOs, other stakeholders) Exposure to government systems for Pre primary school and strong stakeholder liaisoning skills. Has basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel,Canva. Proficiency in Hindi ,English typing for official communications. Willingness to travel across the district (70% of the time). Must own a Scooty/Bike. Team Management Skills.
