Program Manager II

Our Client, a Clinical-Stage Biotechnology company, is looking for a Program Manager II for their Seattle, WA location. Responsibilities:

+ The incumbent will work with technical product leaders and cross-functional teams and is responsible for developing, delivering and managing integrated project plans, track team progress and support program development to meet business objectives.

+ Partner with team leaders to develop and execute program strategy and goals

+ Develop and manage integrated project plan, timelines, deliverables and budgets as necessary, maintaining and updating project schedules and communication dashboards

+ Provide meticulous attention to detail tracking team members’ workflow to ensure project tasks are completed. Prepare and review project documents including meeting minutes, memos, and emails. Ensure project documentation is current and properly stored
