Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SA8000 Program Manager located in Tiruppur. The SA8000 Program Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SA8000 Social Accountability management system. The responsibilities include coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with SA8000 requirements, developing corrective action plans, and collaborating closely with accreditation body. The Program Manager will also conduct training sessions, monitor, and provide reports and analysis on compliance performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in SA8000 standards, compliance management, and social accountability practices
• SA8000 Lead Auditor status
• Proficiency in audit coordination, corrective action management
