Program Manager

Responsible for leading and managing strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the Etiqa Group to support organizational goals. The role drives planning, execution, and monitoring of key programmes while ensuring alignment with project management frameworks and standardised practices within Group Insurance & Takaful. Works closely with business stakeholders to identify value creation opportunities, manage implementation, and ensure intended strategic and operational outcomes are achieved. Additionally, supports governance through coordination of BOCIT meeting administration and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Banking, Insurance, Economics, IT or equivalent professional qualification.
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, PSM I) is an added advantage.
3–5 years of experience in programme management, change management and process development.
