Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Liaison & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Serve as the Champion of the Customer within the organization, ensuring that customer goals, needs, and feedback are clearly understood and translated into actionable project plans for engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
Host customer visits, business reviews (QBR/EBR), and technical meetings at the manufacturing site, preparing presentations and coordinating tours to showcase capabilities and program status.
Proactively communicate program progress, schedule changes, risk mitigation plans, and potential issues to customers with transparency and integrity.
