Program Manager

About the Job Engage2Excel is looking for a Program Manager. In this temporary full‑time role (Six‑months term, with the potential to convert to a permanent full‑time position based on performance), you will be the front-line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day-to-day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely. As part of your primary responsibilities, you will:

Be responsible for the day-to-day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.

Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.

Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions/issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.
