Program Manager - Niche and Special Markets

Job Summary

The Program Manager for Niche and Special Markets is primarily responsible in the development, execution and management of strategic programs and initiatives targeting niche and special market segments to achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement for the Bank.

How will you contribute?

• Collaborate with the Department Head, sales and product teams, and operational stakeholders to develop and execute strategic programs aligned with departmental and sales objectives.
• Utilize market insights and customer feedback to tailor program strategies and initiatives to meet the unique needs of niche market segments.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, operations, and service, product owners , to plan and implement programs effectively within niche markets.
• Manage program scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery and achievement of program goals and objectives. ...
