Program Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee delivery leads, including performance evaluations, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staffing issues.
• Ensure exceptional delivery results by managing project performance, timelines, and budgets while addressing complex problems and implementing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources, monitor progress, assess risks, and implement migration plans.
• Develop and enforce project management processes, tools, and standards to enhance project success and delivery.

Qualifications:

• CI/CD
• Agile/scrum
• Waterfall
• Good to have Fintech and/or Banking project management experience
• Good to have Scrum Master certified or higher
• Good to have PMP certification or equivalent
• Can work ONSITE (Ortigas)
