Program Manager, Proprietary Reward Programs

This individual will lead and manage the Diners Club Rewards Program and the Cashback Reward Program for Canada. They will develop and deliver the full product development lifecycle from setting strategic objectives to bringing a product to market that delivers business value. They will research, investigate, select and develop products and services bridging business requirements with technology capabilities. They will drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle including the 'why', 'when' and 'what' of the product, persona development, proof of concepts, backlog management and product activation through to product retirement. They will provide the voice of the business to cross‑functional product teams to clarify feature, story and content requirements; create story acceptance criteria; prioritize the product backlog; and translate the product vision into a roadmap and actionable tasks.
