The Compliance Manager owns end-to-end compliance readiness for Electrical and Appliances product categories, ensuring all products meet global and local regulatory standards such as BIS, QCO, WPC, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, FCC, and CE. The role translates regulatory requirements into clear product specifications, builds compliance frameworks for new categories, and identifies risks early in the development cycle to drive timely mitigation. The manager partners closely with Product, Sourcing, and Quality teams to embed compliance into PRFAQs, technical specs, and supplier onboarding. This role defines testing protocols, coordinates with accredited labs, evaluates supplier capability, and conducts pre-launch audits to ensure complete, accurate documentation and on-time certifications.
