The opportunity:

• Program Leadership & Governance
  • Define and maintain program governance structure, including steering committees and workstreams.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate strategy, compliance, and ERP modernization objectives.
• Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery: design, build, integration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Engage senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in and manage expectations.
