Program Manager, Rail & Transit

Program Manager AECOM Mississauga is seeking a Program Manager to act as the primary support to the Delivery Leadership Team, providing day-to-day program leadership support and project management for cross‑cutting initiatives on a major rail program.

This role supports the Senior Program Manager and the Program Delivery Director, enabling them to focus on strategic leadership by managing high performing teams and key program deliverables. It is a newly created role for a driven professional with project or program management experience who is eager to take on broader leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Operate under the direction of the Deputy Delivery Partner Lead.

Act as the central coordination and integration point across delivery partner workstreams.

Support senior leadership decision‑making; but does not hold ultimate program accountability.

Provide a development pathway toward more senior Program Manager roles.
