We are looking for a motivated Program Manager to lead the Last Mile technology roadmap for the Latin America market. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling technology products that directly impact both customer and operator experience. This role requires an individual who can fully own how Last Mile technology impacts customer and operator experience. The candidate will manage performance, measure results, and drive initiatives to improve outcomes while exercising strong judgment to balance customer experience with financial impact. The role offers broad exposure to business, financial, and technical teams across Amazon.
