Program Manager

This role is responsible for supporting cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of MT (Manufacturing/Test) platform builds. The position coordinates with Change Management, Planning, Production, Manufacturing Engineering (M.E.), Quality, Purchasing, and Commodity teams to drive operational readiness and successful build execution.
1. Change Management
Drive CCN approval and complete ECO loop for MT platforms. (One‑time)
Communicate change notifications and assessments to relevant teams. (Ongoing)
2. Planning / Forecasting / Program
Integrate CM (Contract Manufacturer) phasing into build plans and GDP. (One‑time)
Provide required configurations for MT builds and request Order BOM from Business Unit. (Ongoing)
3. Production
Provide technical know‑how where information is incomplete or undocumented (tribal knowledge). (One‑time)
4. Manufacturing Engineering (M.E.)
Close identified gaps in OMS (Assembly, Test, BPS Procedures). (One‑time)
