Program Manager

Role Overview

This role supports cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of MT (Manufacturing/Test) platform builds. The position coordinates with Change Management, Planning, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Commodity teams to drive operational readiness and successful build execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Management

• Drive CCN approval and complete ECO loop for MT platforms (one-time)
• Communicate change notifications and impact assessments to relevant teams (ongoing)

2. Planning / Forecasting / Program

• Integrate Contract Manufacturer (CM) phasing into build plans and GDP (one-time)
• Provide required configurations for MT builds and request Order BOM from Business Unit (ongoing)

3. Production

• Provide technical know-how where information is incomplete or undocumented (tribal knowledge) (one-time)
