Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Program Manager for a global shipping client. This role involves overseeing a team of Scrum Masters, managing transformational projects from inception to completion, promoting on-ground adoption of solutions with users, and dynamically addressing issues.

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in digitalization or system implementation projects and must have certification in Agile.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but not limited to budget management, timeline oversight, progress reporting on digital transformation initiatives, identifying and resolving gaps reported by project managers, and ensuring that project delivery meets the Company's business requirements.
