What You’ll Do

PRIMARY FUNCTION: A strong leader responsible for complex, global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects and programs (STP- Standard Transition Process, VA/VE, etc.) that deliver on business case cost and benefit commitments.

Ensures correct and rigorous application of various Eaton NPI processes/tools (ProLauch, ProPM, etc.) on projects/programs and coaches cross-functional teams on NPI processes, as applicable.

Coaches/mentors junior PMs (PM I) and interns, as applicable.
