About The Role

The Flat6Labs Program Manager | UAE oversees the operations and processes of the program's startups, designing and implementing effective business strategies to position the program as a high-quality, leading ecosystem development initiative both locally and internationally. The role focuses on building relationships, establishing partnerships with local and international stakeholders, and ensuring program excellence.

The Program Manager is also responsible for managing the program team, leading the startup selection process, and tracking the progress of participating startups, while providing both virtual and on-ground support when required.
