Program Manager, Ultrafast delivery

Are you a proactive, results-driven program manager with the capability to navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end initiatives in a fast-moving environment? Our team is building new programs, capabilities, and operational frameworks to accelerate growth, launch new services, and scale rapidly across markets. As a Program Manager, you will own and lead multiple high-impact initiatives that cut across project management, business operations, and stakeholder management within Amazon.

You will partner with senior leaders, engineering, operations, regional stakeholders, and external teams to define strategy, launch programs, measure impact, and build scalable, repeatable solutions. You’ll dive deep into data and drive process improvement.
