Position Summary 

KeenLogic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal program at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for task orders supporting CBO's Scalable Enterprise Network Technology for Resiliency (SENTRY) initiative, ensuring successful delivery of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, service desk, and engineering services across multiple projects and workstreams. 


The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between CBO stakeholders and contractor personnel, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and contract execution.
