Summary About the Position: Must be able to satisfy the requirements of the 26JUL12 DODI 1400.25 V1230, DoD Civilian Personnel Management System: Employment in Foreign Areas and Employee Return Rights. This position serves as the Chief of the Rhine Ordnance Barracks Medical Center Replacement (ROBMCR) Integrated Program Office (IPO) with responsibility to exercise management and control over all assigned program activities to include planning, design, construction, and strategic communications. Responsibilities Lead and direct a Program Office, on behalf of USACE and U.S. Forces, for a multi-billion-dollar Mega-Project; the largest U.S. medical facility on foreign soil which provides critical medical support to seven combatant commands.
