Position Summary:

The Program Manager is part of Client Global Program Management community and is responsible and accountable for Program Management activities associated with large-scale, complex, multi-tower programs, focused on delivering the benefits/outcomes, with high customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate as part of the GPM delivery organization to achieve successful execution of strategic programs and adherence to appropriate program governance
• Collaborate and manage dependencies between projects / work streams
• Support the client and internal teams while working closely with the Engagement/Account Delivery Leader, to ensure alignment of program delivery to client’s strategic objectives
