Program Officer

The Program officer is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Mentor Mother Model intervention on the ZIH project in the m2m implementing districts and health facilities in the Province. This will include provision of overall PMTCT/MNCH technical oversight and Technical Assistance (TA), establishing and maintaining Mentor Mothers model implementation challenges and strategies to enhance performance, periodic monitoring of site level data quality and data management and reporting; building capacity of site level on data use for decision making and use of digital tools. 

The Program Officer will work closely with all the ZIH consortium partners at national, provincial and district level to support data-driven program performance monitoring and improvement efforts.
