Join Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s PROTEGE-RTW program to gain professional training and on-the-job experience in the electrical supply industry.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in an 8-month training program combining soft-skills training and on-the-job training placements at TNB, its subsidiaries, or industry players in the electrical supply sector.
• Complete a 2-week soft-skills training at TNB Integrated Learning Solution Sdn. Bhd. (ILSAS), Bangi, Selangor.
• Undertake on-the-job training in various business functions and locations within TNB, its subsidiaries, or participating industry players.
• Commit to completing the full 8-month training program unless offered permanent employment matching academic qualifications.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Malaysian citizen aged 28 years or below as of 31 December 2025.
