Summary This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Network (VISN 6), Salisbury, NC Medical Center (MC). This position is assigned and located under the Office of the Chief, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Service (PM&RS), Salisbury VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. Responsibilities Major Duties Include, but not limited to the following: Provides administrative support to the Service Chief and Administrative Officer. Manages the service Fund Control Point (FCP) and medical supply requests completing all related actions.Serves as the In-service Coordinator and Talent Management System (TMS) Administrator for the ACOS and is responsible for all aspects of TMS management for PM&RS.Manages the Patient Advocate Tracking System (PATS-R) cases, communicates with Veterans and staff to research and/or resolve issues, and documents actions in PATS-R.
