SUMMARY

Reporting to the Coordinator Level 2,the Program Support Specialist Level 4 is responsible for providing administrative and program support to ensure the effective operation of various instructor-focused initiatives within the LINC Home Study Ontario program. Key duties include responding to requests for support, maintaining records, providing training, and assisting in program evaluation and implementation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Instructor Support

• Provide escalated support and troubleshooting
• Orient instructors to program policies and procedures
• Monitor compliance with program policies
• Assist with instructor recruitment
• Administer instructor surveys
• Perform advanced webinar moderation
• Assist with preparing communications and facilitating meetings
