**The Role**



As a Production Scheduler for PYCO, you will manage the end‑to‑end scheduling activities for the assigned production area. Your role ensures that demand is accurately validated, production capacity is optimized, and service levels are consistently achieved. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align demand, inventory, and product shipments, while also supporting engineering changes and new product release testing.



**What You’ll Do**



+ Validate plant‑assigned demand and follow up on delivery order expirations.

+ Balance production line capacity and define/publish the production schedule.

+ Track and evaluate adherence to the production plan.

+ Participate in engineering change management committees.
