Programme Coordinator (Colorectal Surgery) (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless integration of quality patient care services
• Conduct patient education at various intervals
• Coordinate and monitor patient visits from participation through completion
• Track and follow up on patient visits according to project protocol
• Maintain patient confidentiality throughout the process
• Lead day-to-day project operations and coordinate activities across departments according to established guidelines and service agreements
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders, agencies, and project teams
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off sessions and progress updates
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines as specified in contracts
