Role Purpose
Facilitate the effective, aligned, and responsive delivery of Program Duta Guru at the regional level, ensuring participants receive impactful support and development through collaboration with Pembimbing Duta Guru, stakeholders, and the broader Program Duta Guru team — enabling the growth of competent STEM educators and leaders for Malaysian classrooms.
Principal Accountabilities
Plan and facilitate regional training and development activities, including workshops, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and coaching and mentoring sessions, tailored to participants' evolving collaboration with important local stakeholders such as Duta Guru, SISC+, PSN (Penyelaras STEM Negeri) at district/ state levels.
