Programme Delivery Manager – AI Governance

The Programme Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of AI maturity and digital transformation. This role leads the design, delivery, and governance of AI and data-driven solutions—ensuring responsible AI adoption, strong delivery execution, and seamless stakeholder alignment.
The role also supports change management, governance frameworks, and adoption efforts to strengthen enterprise-wide AI literacy and responsible AI practices.
Deliver workstreams on time, within scope, and in accordance with AI governance and ethical AI principles.
Coordinate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, showcases).
Refine and manage product and technical backlogs with users, developers, testers, and data teams.
Track delivery progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
