Role Summary
Winnors is building an AI accelerator focused on resource management, using live operating businesses (care services and transport) as real-world pilot environments, with go-to-market exclusively in the UK. The Programme Director owns the day-to-day execution of the accelerator and platform, ensuring startup teams deliver production-ready AI solutions that integrate into our core platform (ResourceOS) and solve real UK operational and compliance problems. This role exists to remove the founder from daily execution while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to UK market standards.
