Programme Executive (Centre-based)

Requirements
Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields)
Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting, healthcare, or social service sector is preferred
Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Adaptable, with the ability to solve and/or anticipate problems
Required to work at Eunos Crescent, 4S Active Ageing Centre @ Eunos Crescent
Responsibilities
Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community
Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs
Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
