Programme Executive, Community Care

Key Purpose

The Program Executive (PE) supports the Project Lead in implementing a three-year caregiver support initiative across Tzu Chi's Active Ageing Centres. The PE plays a key role in designing, coordinating, and executing programmes for caregivers and care recipients, ensuring participant safety, volunteer engagement, and programme quality.

The role is hands-on, community-based, and central to creating meaningful, humanistic experiences for seniors and families.

Contract of up to 3 years, with option to convert to permanent position based on performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Design and Curation

• Design, plan, and deliver structured caregivers' and recipients programmes that promote engagement, functional maintenance, caregiver education, and respite activities.
