Responsibilities
This position is for Centre for Global Education and Opportunities (GEO).
Stakeholder Management:
Support coordination with partner universities on ISEP Outbound/Inbound matters.
Keep track of key partner information, including nomination and application deadlines, academic term dates and factsheet details.
Ensure partner and internal requirements are met by checking necessary documents such as partner information sheets.
Assist with general enquiries and provide administrative support when required.
Programme and Event Management:
Support the day-to-day operations of the ISEP Outbound programme, including credit transfer processing and ensuring students complete pre-departure requirements (e.g. pre-departure checklist and exchange worksheet).
Prepare and update marketing materials such as EDMs, presentation slides and social media content.
Organise datasets and create infographics to support communications and reporting.
