Programme Manager, Centre for Global Education

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:
Develop and manage relations with partner universities through regular communications.
Facilitate annual placement projection and negotiation exercise with partner universities.
Willing to travel when required to maintain and build relationships with partner universities.
Programmes and Events Management:
Plan, promote and execute events such as SMU's Global Education Fair, Orientation, Farewell, dialogue sessions and other student outreach and programme publicity initiatives for inbound/outbound students.
Provide necessary support and guidance to the students (outbound SMU students and inbound international students) throughout the programme which includes managing the team's role-based mailbox, answering programme-related enquiries as well as engaging students via social media.
Conduct surveys, analyse findings and prepare reports on students' study abroad or study at SMU experiences, and learning outcomes.
