Job Description

Nebrija Business & Technology School, part of Nebrija University, is looking for a Programme Manager to support the academic coordination, student experience and strategic development of its Master in Management (MiM)

Sus principales funciones serán:

  • Oversee the day-to-day academic and operational coordination of the Master in Management.

  • Ensure a high-quality student experience from onboarding to programme completion.

  • Coordinate with faculty members to support smooth programme delivery and academic consistency.

  • Monitor programme performance, student satisfaction and key improvement areas.

  • Support curriculum implementation and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the programme, reporting directly to Academic Director of Nebrija Business & Technology School

  • Work closely with admissions, marketing and academic leadership to support recruitment, retention and programme visibility.
