Programme Manager

(What the role is) As part of the Internal Approving Authority - Information Technology (IAA-IT) team, you will be responsible for analysing, evaluating, and reviewing information and communications technology (ICT) budget proposals and expenditures within the Ministry. This role ensures that ICT investments align with strategic objectives, deliver value for money, and comply with government ICT policies and procurement guidelines whilst supporting the Ministry's digital transformation initiatives. The position requires a deep understanding of both public sector financial management and the rapidly evolving technology landscape that underpins modern government operations.
