Programme & Marketing Officer

Location: Central Region
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: $2500 - $3300/Month

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate programmes, events, and training sessions (both online and onsite) by working closely with internal teams, partners, vendors, and volunteers.
• Support the planning and development of programmes and projects.
• Assist in recruiting, managing, and training volunteers.
• Prepare and manage programme evaluation surveys and analyse feedback to improve future programmes.
• Create and distribute marketing and promotional materials to partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of programme materials and team resources while tracking KPIs and collecting data for reporting purposes.
• Support cross-department initiatives and handle ad-hoc projects when required.
