Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Programme Operations & Training Executive to support the delivery and growth of our enrichment programmes across childcare centres. This role combines programme coordination, classroom teaching, training support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality programme execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructor scheduling and ensure smooth class coverage across centres.
• Manage timetables, class adjustments, make-up sessions, and operational logistics.
• Maintain accurate programme records, registrations, and tracking systems.
• Liaise with childcare partners, instructors, and franchisees on operational matters.
• Conduct programme lessons at childcare centres at least once per week and provide classroom coverage when required.
