Programmer Analyst II

Summary

Designs, creates, and maintains business reports and/or corporate data to provide visualization and actionable insights for decision-making of both Alorica clients and internal partners. Coordinates with stakeholders and counterparts to establish requirements and dependencies as well as to resolve reporting issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Create and customize reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business needs using Business Intelligence tools such as SSRS and Power BI.

· Write, optimize, maintain, and automate SQL queries to manipulate data from databases including Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process.

· Perform unit testing to ensure accuracy and performance of reports through validating individual units of scripts, objects, and/or architecture prior to UAT.
