Process Development & Optimization

• Develop, evaluate, and improve CNC machining processes to enhance efficiency, precision, and consistency.
• Analyze current machining methods and propose improvements to cycle time, tool life, and material utilization.
• Work closely with production to implement new or modified processes and monitor performance results.

Tooling & Fixture Design

• Design and test custom tools, jigs, and fixtures for new or complex machining requirements.
• Select suitable cutting tools and parameters for new product trials or improvement projects.
• Collaborate with tooling suppliers for testing new inserts or innovative tool solutions.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Support NPI activities by developing machining strategies, CNC programs, and setup documents.
• Participate in product prototyping, design validation, and machining trials to ensure manufacturability.
