Key Responsibilities

• Own overall program or project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and outcomes are met
• Define and manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Monitor execution of deliverables and proactively address risks, issues, and changes
• Act as a subject matter expert in program and project management practices
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, taking responsibility for team decisions and outcomes
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve conflicts
