Peak Performance International (PPI) is seeking a hands-on Programs & Impact Lead to help strengthen delivery quality, coordination, and measurable impact across our Youth and Corporate programs.
This is a lean, execution-focused role in a growing organisation — not a corporate management position.

THE ROLE
You will support:
Program quality and consistency
Facilitator coordination
Impact tracking and feedback
Continuous improvement of program delivery
You will work closely with leadership and facilitators in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment.
