Job Responsibilities
Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
Identify the client's requirements and expectations for each event.
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
Maintain event budgets.
Performs other related tasks required.
Qualifications
Hosting is a plus.
Pleasing personality.
With experience in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Sales, Integrated Resort or any related fields.
Basic to intermediate verbal and written English communication expertise.
Basic coordination and liaising expertise.
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
Basic hosting experience is a plus...
