Contract Documentation & Project Legal Compliance Monitor, manage, and maintain project contract documentation, including consulting, construction, equipment supply, service agreements, and other related contracts. Review the completeness and validity of legal documents and payment dossiers in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures. Control contractual terms related to finance, payment, guarantees, advances, and final settlement. Investment Cost Control & Payment Management Receive, review, and reconcile payment request dossiers submitted by contractors, suppliers, and relevant vendors. Verify accepted work volumes, invoices, supporting documents, and payment values against contractual terms.
