Project Accountant - Fluent English

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Accountant to support Project Managers and leadership teams across large-scale construction projects. This role focuses on project billing, job cost tracking, subcontract and vendor invoice review, financial reporting, and cost forecasting to ensure projects remain financially accurate, compliant, and profitable.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and executive leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project-specific billing, including preparation of detailed customer invoices, tracking contract values, change orders, and lien waivers to ensure contractual and client compliance.

• Maintain and reconcile project cost reports, ensuring accurate job cost projections and timely financial reporting.
