Project Accountant- General Ledger for MTerra Solar Project

Job Summary

The Project Accountant – GL is responsible for managing general ledger activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. The role supports individual and consolidated financial reporting requirements of entities including compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. This position ensures integrity of financial records, proper reconciliation of accounts, and timely submission of reports.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

General Ledger and Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly and interim individual and consolidated financial statements for multiple entities under the MGEN Renewables group.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and GFFS, for submission to regulatory bodies such as the SEC.
