• Process and record a variety of invoices, including payroll, operational expenses, cash advances, and replenishments, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Review and verify invoices transmitted to correct any errors or discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage advance payments for vendors and employees, maintaining comprehensive records
• Oversee the liquidation of transactions for vendors and credit card accounts, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation
• Support company projects by managing payment plans and related financial tasks as assigned within the Accounts Payable team
• Follow up with management to secure approvals for accounts payable vouchers and other necessary documentation to facilitate payment processing
• Transmit approved documents to Treasury for payment processing, verifying accuracy prior to submission
